Our story starts over 130 years ago with a handshake, when your word was your bond. Rancho Mission Viejo was born out of the spirit of the west and the promise of a better life. Over a century of family ownership has taught each generation to nurture the land and take care of it, so it can take care of them. Our culture of care continues to flourish today. We are still a working ranch with livestock, orchards and a nature reserve. Our residents take pride in taking care of the land and each other. And we still value an honest handshake too.
